Apparently, we’re in the planning stages for ‘Trunk and Treat.’ Can you believe it? It just seems as though the days on the calendar are hastening by.
Today is a special day. Anytime we gather to worship, it is a wonderful day. But then, it is also a reminder that we are doing both - gathering and worshipping.
Our area-wide worship service is a rare opportunity for as many congregations in the Memphis area as do - to participate in a singular period of worship. I’m not sure how many congregations we had present, but I know we had more than 12 represented.
It is always a great time when we can come together with brothers and sisters across the city - and the area - and worship together.
