The Elder’s Breakfast is this coming Saturday, January 31. Today, January 25, is the last day to sign up. A special announcement will go out if there are any changes - due to weather conditions. We hope to see you there!
There is not much typical in church work. However, here are some ‘typical’ events… shared just so that you might know.
A ‘typical’ (weekly) Bible study at “The Farms” (Going for 4 years)
A typical Tuesday morning Bible Study at “The Farms of Bailey Station.” This group has grown from two of us (I joined Jarrell Gibbs in meeting) - to 18 of us (two were absent here). We just gather to read and talk about the Bible.
A ‘typical” (weekly) Bible study at “Kirby Pines” (in our 24th year)
A typical Thursday morning Bible Study at “Kirby Pines” was started when Mary Cogswell and her sister Virginia Granger asked me to come to lead a study. I said I would if they would get the group together. We now average between 30-45 each week to study.
