Happy Mothers Day! It is a beautiful time for us to pause and remember our mothers. Mother’s Day is not a biblical day, but the concept of nurturing and encouraging mothers is certainly taught in the Bible, either explicitly or implicitly.

It was a beautiful weekend in so many ways. We were able to come together with the same intentions of coming to the Lord in gratitude and submission, a house full of people dedicated to express honor, appreciation and praise to the God of all the living.

For the past two weeks, we have been catching a glimpse of what has been happening with Lads to Leaders (L2L). Obviously, there is no way to know for certain how much a young person or a helper has been encouraged by his/her efforts in any of these works.

May God bless us all as we serve Him. It has been several weeks of spring break for many of our families. These special days of spending time together, whether going on a vacation or enjoying a staycation are wonderful.
